If you are selling a home in St. Simons, depending on where it is - might be easy, could be the toughest thing you've endeavored. There are those neighborhoods in every town in the US where people will always want to buy homes, and it can be somewhat easier to Sell on your own.  If you are trying to FSBO here on Zillow, you just need to "Claim" your listing, which is one of the tabs right below the picture, or map of your home if you have pulled up your address already(Step 1).  After claiming then you need to prove you are the owner, then you upload the amazing photos, add the details, and then Boom! Ready to sell.  I will agree with April, that it's not as easy as it sounds, but if you are retired, or work part time, this could be your new job.  One good thing to note, on average the people using an agent sell there homes for about $27k more (realtor.org)

It's not as easy as it would seem. You need to market your property to the masses-to generate the most traffic you can. There are FREE sites that you can post it on, and many more you can pay to have it added to. Then the fun really begins. It takes more than just a sign in your lawn to sell your home. Are you ready to prequalify every buyer before they see your home? And then of course, assuming they want to make an offer-who is writing the offer? Who is handling the closing? Are you represented by an attorney?
