True, the math is provided in the two prior answers so I'll leave that one alone. However, as I just told my Sister who is shopping for a home. This is probably one of the biggest mistakes in shopping for a home. There are so many features, upgrades, views, lot sizes etc that can determine why one home is valued higher than another. I encourage you to remember this when shopping for a home. I see that you live in Huntington Beach. That market is a great example of features, views, etc that can determine differences in prices.

Oh, and on the math. 1million divided by 3000sqft will provide your answer, as an example.

I hope this helps.

I was unable to find price per square foot on the asking price. The only place it shows price per square foot that I could find was under the Zestimate and that is only Zillows estimate of the home value, not the asking price. But you can simple divide the square footage into the asking price and you will have your answer!

I have not found this information listed here on the Zillow listing information. But it is listed on the MLS Listings your Realtor can provide to you.

Or you can figure this out by dividing the square footage by the purchase price. Contact me if you need more help with this.
