You need to contact a tax attorney, accountant or tax specialist immediately! We as agents cannot provide any tax advice.

What I can tell you is people who want tax refunds for overpaid taxes usually use Form 1040X and send it the the IRS location where they sent their tax returns. The IRS requires one form  for each year in question. There is also a time limit. Generally the claim must be within 2 to 3 years of the original file date. If there is an instance of mental or physical impairment it may be extended. This link leads to the IRS website:
Instructions for IRS Form 1040X

Again I urge you to contact a tax attorney, accountant or tax specialist immediately! We as agents cannot provide any tax advice.

If you need any real estate advice and require services in Hemet, I am local and can provide you with the real estate services you require. Feel free to contact or pass on my information to your friends and family who can benefit from my services.

Respectfully,
