You will not be able to find that answer online anywhere.
A local Realtor can give you that information.  Depending which neighborhood in Garland, some homes are selling pretty fast such as the Firewheel/Pleasant Valley area.  The La Prada homes are on the market much longer.

Again, a local agent has the most accurate with up to date information.

Call you local Re/Max Office and ask them to come and do a detailed Current Market Analysis on your property.  When the agent does the CMA, it will show the houses in your are that are "Pending", "Active" and "SOLD"  AND it will show the DOM "Days on Market" for each section!  In the process, you will get an accurate market value for your property. Good luck!

Good Morning:
This is an interesting questions. However, the questions behind the questions is more important. Why do you want to know how long houses take to sell in your Neighborhood?
Most people fall into 2 catagories. One, just courious about the neighborhood and Two, Have an impending need to sell their home.
If you fall into Number Two I suggest contacting a Realtor and a Loan officer now. The reason is simple. The average Days on Market mean nothing unless your home is average and your need to sell is average.
 Move either side of average and things change. If your house needs updating, repair (paint, hole in roof fixed, etc) these take time and money to bring to average.
However, if you have a showcase home and the first person that walks through the door falls in love, you could be sold in a day.
Only a Professional Realtor in your area can help take this from average to your home.
Next, If you are buying another home, gettng qualified for the next financing ASAP is a smart thing to do.
Rules have changed almost daily in lending guidelines and ensuring your are pre-approved well in advance will take the stress of selling your home.
I have seen people put their home on the market, get an offer only to find out their creidt did not support the new home. They moved into an apartment or broke the contract, all of which are not good.
