Most buyers will look at homes they are not really interested in, often for comparative reasons. Many agents will show homes they know the buyer's will not buy for the same reason. Try not to get excited by a showing. It can be hard, because any showing "could be the one".  The best cure for overly exciteable sellers is an unacceptable offer, so try not to get too excited about offers either.

They will submit an offer accompanied by a letter of loan approval, that's how. Anything less, and you are setting yourself up for disappointment.
