i'm buying a townhouse from fannie mae, a 29,000. cash, with them giving 940.00 towards closing. will this be enough to cover closing. i know you can only guesstimate but a guess would help. its 9 days till closing and i find out that i won't know exactly how much until 2 or 3 days before closing! i guess you can tell i'm a first time buyer.

Call/contact the closing/title company that is working your transaction.  Ask them their title charges for a cash transaction.  They should be able to provide to you, it might even be on their website.

But since its a cash deal and they are not waiting on lender's underwriting instructions, they should be able to provide you a preliminary HUD settlement statement.

You should be able to find out from your lender. The new good faith estimate does not show cash to close however page 3 of the application which you probably signed does. Good Luck.
