Dear Vetern
I would recommend talking with a good lender. That person can tell you exactly where you stand and get you started on a strategy that will get you buyer ready as soon as is possible. I have a great lender that I have worked with for over 12 years. If you want her information just let me know. I am restriced from adding it to this message.
Thank You
Suzie Marquardt
