I would recommend you contact a title agent first before spending money on a survey. One company to call would be Ticor Title - Jeff Ross is VERY helpful there, and he can be reached at 206-720-0114 - he can review the plat map and title report to get you the information you need.

The most accurate way to determine the property boundary and lot size is with a survey. If your needs are more general, then I would suggest going to the King County Parcel Viewer online, and inputting the property address. From there, you can go to iMAP, and check the images box. This will give you an aerial view of the property and show the property lines. Please keep in mind this is approximate. The King County records will also show the lot size. Hope this is helpful!
