i can't change my home description

I bought and claimed my home more than a year and a half ago, and I can't get the property description to change.  It still has the information that the realtor put in when it was for sale.  I have deleted it a hundred times, and each time it said the changes were saved, and each time it reverts back to the original text.  Why doesn't Zillow find it necessary to have customer service?!?

There is a bug in the property description section.  If you simply type in a period or an asterisk (removing all the words) rather than leaving it completely blank, chances are good that you will be happier.
