i cant view pictues or maps on zillow

what do i need to enable to be able to view

Flash is required for the maps, birds eye views, and street views.  I believe you can download it from Adobe or from Macromedia...  Most of the other images are jpg, which should work in any browser as long as you have images enabled.  There are a few charts that are also Flash, such as those on the "local info", and those for the interest rate trends under the mortgage tab.  Some advertisers also use Flash.  I think you at least need version 9, but you might be able to get by with an earlier version.

As for using the maps for address searches; if you have images off, alt-text is enabled, and Zillow now is more accessible to visually impaired and mobility impaired.  If you select "list" as soon as the box appears, the results will be in a list format, and you can tab between the entries.
