i dont know if this makes sense... HELP!!!!!

Profile picture for 1424pink
i found a really nice house for sale that is $12,500. the monthly payment is $47 a month!!! but the zestimate is $5,200,600 . It is 5,800 sq ft and has 4 bedrooms. the lot size is 8,300. Do you think they made a mistake with the price because the place is gorgeous and looks way more expensive!!

You are right, it doesn't make sense.  Most likely it is a rental price that either has been entered incorrectly, or had a data coding error when transferring.   When I'm searching for houses, I put a minimum price in the search filter to avoid these goofs.

Open the home details page, scroll to the very bottom and click on the listing website to find more details.

Contact the person who is attached to the house and ask them how much the home is.Scroll to the bottom of the Zillow page and their name will be there.

It's probably either rentals mislisted or a foreclosure only listing the lien amount.

Was that the monthly rental rate? Or was it a time share portion? When I checked New York listings I came across one listing that was mislabeled as a 'For Sale' when it was a rental and another that was selling a time share.

no its not listed as a foreclosure. I would think its a mistake but i found 4 other places that were like it. there all SUPER cheap houses that are located in a REALLY expensive area ( the coast of newport beach.) the price doesnt make any sense considering they all have AMAZING ocean views.

Do you have the address? Is it listed as a foreclosure?
