Hi rachael.pesce -

To remove the posting of your property, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Zillow.com and log-in to your account.
2. Go to your Favorite Homes list and click on the property address.
3. On the Overview page, click on Edit Status.
4. Remove the related website link (if there is any) and select the correct home status from the drop-down list.
5. Tick the disclaimer (I promise that....) then click on Create Your Listing button.

However, since the listing was received via automated data feed, it could be re-posted (just what Sunnyview has pointed out) while we work to have the responsible agent remove the listing from the source of the feed. This will prevent our system from re-posting it. I have already notified the concerned agent about this issue.

If you want to re-post your property with new listing info, go back to the Overview page and click on Post home for sale link under Tools.

Thank you.

You can claim your house and use the gray flag by your agent info to ask Zillow to remove the listing. You can also call your realtor and request that they take themselves off your house and also that they take your house off of the RE listing feeds. If your house is not removed from the feeds, it will keep showing up for sale with that realtor every time a new feed comes in to Zillow.
