the landlord has a right to hire a property management company as long as the terms and conditions of your lease do not change.the owner pays for mangement services. perhaps the owner wasnt happy with them and hired other companies to manage it. that does happen .

if the rent is increased , you have to be give a notice in writing
from the current management company or the owner.

since you have been there more than 1 year by la the owner has to give you a 60 day notice (in california) of a rent increase.

also i found that the sprinkler system was plugged into my outlet ...i was paying for electricity for the system for 4 years...!!! i brought it to their attention....no results

....companies to manage the building .due to the economy i was un able to make rent the last 2 months...i moved out after their threats to be evicted..promptly..as instructed..and left the keys in the drop box as instructed..21days have come and gone and still no refund...ive been homeless since...today i had a conversation wich was excuses and no results...no walkthrough ...what do i do 980 bucks is at stake...
