Hi sammyj,
You really need to work with a listing agent to get a accurate answer to your question. Location, condition, floorplan, amenities...these all figure in to the list price of a property. A good agent will run some stastistics for you that will include any foreclosure property in your area as comps.

You can pull an AVM "Automated Valuation Model" Report. For $9.00 it spits you out a very detailed report and comparables. That's a good start. Visit "The Homeowner Center" for more details.

What is the shape of the property?
When did you buy the property?
How much did you pay for it?

These days when you sell a property there will be many questions from the buyer and the banks unless if its a foreclosure.
