Have you had a chance to read Zillow's information about Zestimates? Here's a link to "What is a Zestimate?" as well as "data coverage and Zestimate accuracy."
The first link provides some information on steps you can take to correct or add home data used in the calculations. Zillow doesn't manually adjust any Zestimate, but if you edit your home facts with substantial changes the Zestimate may respond.
You can also add your estimate of your home's value by claiming your home and adding your estimate and justification to the home details page.
