I see now that your post was done in investing. It would seem that you're a buyer/investor then. The MMM idea wouldn't actually apply as you're not the owner.

Seriously though, if all you're looking for is a zestimate from Zillow, I think it might be hard to get. However,if you have an address or more info on the location, you could do a MMM listing. You might get extremely lucky and get a zestimate. The obvious and more accurate ways are getting it professionally appraised, or get some CMAs from several Realtors® and averaging it out from those.
