You might be able to find one, but if that is your specific want contacting an agent on your area would give you a better chance of finding it. They can design a custom search for you and email you new listings as they come up.

Contact a real estate agent that specializes in 'fixer upper' properties. These days they are most often foreclosed homes, but there are also homes that are estates or homes where the current owners are unable to make repairs. And ALWAYS have that home inspected prior to closing.
