i want to advertise my home on zillow however, the zestimate GROSSLY UNDERVALUED?

I sent an email in June and asked how to fix this, I received an email saying it would be worked on and haven't heard another word.  How can the zestimate be
updated to 1,300,000.00   Seriously, you have really mistaken my house!!!

I cannot speak on the side of Zillow, but I was given this site:

http://www.zillow.com/wikipages/Create-Your-Own-Estimate/

to change the facts on my own home. Once I did this, it changed the Zestimate A BIT. Like I said, I can't speak for Zillow, but at least you are doing all you can do to correct the error. If you have already done this, do disregard. I hope it all works out! Good luck. M~
