I apologiize for the misunderstanding!
I was not posing as the Listing Agent for this property. This home was already listed For Sale on Zillow by the Listing Agent when I had responded to the question.
Although the home may be listed by a certain agent, any Michigan Licensed Real Estate Salesperson can "sell" a home. In this certain situation I was attempting to represent a Buyer, implying my services as a Buyer's Agent which is perfectly legal in the State of Michigan.
I was responding to what appeared to be potential Buyer of this home.

jwojtowicz is under investigation by the state of Michigan for attempting to claim this listing as her own. It is currently listed with a broker in the state of michigan and the home owner is a licensed agent in the state of michigan. All of this information was and is disclosed in the listing with the AA MLS. Jen never has spoken to the homeowner and has no listing agreement in this home and should not be attemtpting to represent a listed home that she has no contacted agreements with. This is a violation of State law and further investigation is pending. This listing has been pulled from zillow.
