The condition of the home will have a big impact on the rent you can charge.  The KittyLetter, & craigslist  would be the go to sources for rent comps.

Check the classifieds, craigsl, google rentals in your neighborhood, or you could have a property management company handle the headache(for a price) or hire a realtor to lease it for you. best of luck
