i would like to know why all the homes on my block have increased in value and mine has droped ???

Have done recent upgrades?  Did they add a strong feature buyers see value in?  Do they have better curb appeal?  These are all possibilities.

Yet if you are talking about the zestimates.  These are not measurements of market value, not claim to be.  The best gauge of what your market value is would be done by a Real Estate Agent in your area.

If the latter is the case, several others have shared similar complaints.  I don't work for zillow but if you claim your home you should be able to flag it for zillow to review.  Plus I think you can add notes beside the zestimate or underneath.  Hope this helps.
