No question is ever silly, rest assured, that if you're not a professional landlord, these are all new possibilities!!
Pool service is an item that can be presented either way, if you currently have a good pool-person, keep him employed and you will also benefit by asking him to alert you to other possible issues that may arise during his frequent visits to the property.
Gardner is almost always paid by landlord, as can be water, because of extensive grounds/landscaping. All other utilities should be paid by the tenant.
With reference to the housekeeper, how often is she coming and what are her duties? Some tenants would love that added service (in which case you can up the rent a bit and include her services 100%). Keep in mind some people dont like outside people in their homes, whether they are home or not, and you can not force someone to utilize this service, even though you are being a very generous landlord and employer!! Again, it can be bonus similar to the pool person who can keep an eye on the exterior, she can keep an eye on the interior...I would love this "perk" if I was the one renting!!!
With regards to the appliances, you would advertise them included with the rental, specially if they are built-ins. Otherwise, if the tenant should have their own appliances, you can easily move them out and perhaps sell them at yard sale, if they are newer, they will probably go quickly.
Good Luck!

Hi John
You are absolutely right, I did read the email wrong...but let me
redeem myself!!
Your property, with over 1700 sq ft and a pool should yield an average rent between $2700 to $3500 depending on condition of the property, upgrades and any other positive amenities.
As a local realtor in the area, I know properties are going fast and you should have no problem renting it quickly if it is priced appropriately.
If you would like any further information, please feel free to contact me!
When will it become available?

The Rent Zestimate of the property is currently$3,208/mo.
The Rent Zestimate provided by Zillow is only an estimate, a guide, a starting point in determining the monthly rental price for a specific property.
Thank you.

Did you read my question??. I'm asking for help in determining the rental value based on the info. I detailed in my post. It doesn't help to put the cart before the horse, if you know what I mean. I don't need renters at present, just need advice on the mo. rent value...Thanks for your time...John

Here's a link to the home detail page. You can see the rent Zestimate in the upper left, and further down on the left click on the "post for sale/rent" to enter you advertisement. The rent Zestimate is only a starting point to determine fair market rent.

i would like to list a home for rent. where do i enter the home info. to get an average rental
