Dear WWW1. Ask your Realtor for a list of homes with foreclosure notices or complete foreclosures that the banks have not yet put on the market.2. Knock on doors for homes that you like and see if the owner would sell3. Put a sign up in the neighborhood or pass out flyers that you will buy homes4. Mail a flyer to neighborhoods that you are interested in that you will buy homes5. Search the County Recorder website for homes that have a trustee acution date set.6. Talk to your Reatlor for homes that have been for sale in the past where the listing was canceled, expired or temporarily taken off the market. These owners may be willing to sell again7.
