If a house is listed for rent on Zillow (a purple icon), scroll to the bottom of the property details page for contact information.

A "rent Zestimate" alone does not say a property is for rent.

1) How do you know it is for rent?  Is there a number or a local company listed to call?

2)  Call your city clerks office/website and find out who owns the property.  Give them a call.

3) leave a note on the door with your contact info.  Any property manager/agent worththeor salt is going to be showing it regularly and should get the note.

4)  Contact a property management company and ask them if they have the listing/can find the lister for you.
