thats kind of a broad question, but i think you are asking if you will have to pay closing costs to change your loan from a 30 yr to a 15 yr. who is your current lender? some lenders offer a program that allows you to refinance with little or no closing costs, but you may not be getting the best rate. i would contact your lender first, and then go from there.
