Hi,
All good answers. I'll throw in a couple of pennies here.

Call rather than use the website. If your state is like Arkansas, seniors have their taxes frozen, and then the home is reassessed when it changes hands to a non-senior. So, you might see one heck of a "bargain" as far as tax assessment goes and then see a change after the purchase. It's always best to know these things before you sign on the line. (also ask if there are any special assessments going to be added).

Hello-

You should contact your county Tax Assessor's office.

You can also get info from their official website online.  You will need the property address and or the parcel number.

F.Y.I. your county also sends you tax information yearly in the mail for tax purposes.  Maybe, you could check with the home owner.

Yes you can, call the Assessor's Office for the assessed value and the Tax Office for the taxes.
