You will definately be hard pressed to find a lender that will finance you with a 587 credit score. But there are a couple still in business - for the time being. I personally have only one channel left for that type of score but they have been closing so for now, it can be done. As for the rate, I would quote you 5.75% today.

You should be happy anyone would give you a sub 600 loan period. Guidelines are getting tighter everyday and the sub 600 risk is so great that lots of lenders are raising the bar.
