if the zestimate is incorrect. How to correct it?

The estimate does not compare to the right class of house (comps) for its class. Bank appraisals have shown correct and higher value.

@usu139

It is reprehensible to all fair minded people that zillow refuses to correct such obvious inaccurate zestimates. I hope you persevere in your efforts to get your home valuation corrected as zillow seems to rely on complainers to make 1 or 2 posts and give up. Their refusal to listen to appeals from the property owner is an outrage that urgently needs fixing.

I have not seen Zillow change a Zesitmate by request. Your house is beautiful, but it is obvious that Zillow Zestimate includes more than just your lot value.

The assessed value on this house here that you mentioned is close to 2M, although the assessment on your house here looks like it is still fairly low in comparison to your list price. That can affect your Zesitmate from what I have seen.

Hello Neil:
It is unfair and not reasonable to assign terrible value to a home. It is better not to have a value rather than a terrible value,
I am going to list a few that Zestimate for houses near by as for Zillow to review:
1.http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/24025-SE-Tiger-Mountain-Rd-Issaquah-WA-98027/48739391_zpid/
Zillow gives this house 3 beds, 1940 sft , built in 1964 almist same value as mine,
2.http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/24257-SE-147th-Pl-Issaquah-WA-98027/58382876_zpid/
My neighbors house is maller in size, lot, year, quality has much higher zestimate.
3. http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/3471-NE-Harrison-St-Issaquah-WA-98029/2123951775_zpid/.
A much smaller house near by with no quality of construction has much highter Zestimate.
4. http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1755-Harrison-Way-NE-Issaquah-WA-98029/2141835338_zpid/
Another much smaller house, and less of quality has higher value.

There are many more other examples. Can you review your valuation?

Thanks,
Richard Williams

It is patently obvious that Zillow is incapable of machine generating zestimates for high value up market homes like yours. They should accept they can't do so and just show N/A as they seem to do for 1000's of other homes in error. Don't let them bully you with nonsense responses like the one from Neil telling you that zestimate is just a starting point, blah blah blah.

Hello:
Zestimate seems to base on Permit condition, and value was assigned when the lot was empty. The data was there for the past 2 years, and now the house construction is completed and not much reflection of the value.
Your answer suggested to input the facts. The facts about bedrooms, size, etc was there at the time of the permit. Now it is a luxury home larger and more luxurious than the house next door, and only has half the value.
It is grossly undervalue.
What do I need to do to have zillow correct the condition.

Hi usu139 -

Zestimate is just a starting point to know a home's market value and not an appraisal. You can claim your home and update the home facts. Just a heads up, if the changes were not significant enough, the Zestimate may not change. If it will, the effect will be shown after 8 weeks or so.

Thank you.
