If you are wondering if you can get a loan on disability income, then yes. This income can be counted in the mortgage application as long as you can show that this income is long term. Of course there are other important factors as well such as credit, debt, assets, expenses, down payment, as well as income. All of these factors will be analyzed in order to see if you are able to obtain a loan. Either way, the best thing for you to do is to speak with a lender directly to see if you can get started on financing with your situation. There are lenders like myself that would be glad to speak with you to help you get the loan that you need. Well I hope this helps! If you have any further questions or if you would like a loan, feel free to contact me.

Good Luck!

What area are you in?  Your first step is to contact a mortgage rep.  If you're in NJ let me know.  I can give you some names of reputable reps.

Hello,

Buying your first home is a very exciting, yet confusing time.   There are loans available for first time home buyers.  You should contact a reputable lender to see what you would qualify for.   You should also contact a local licensed Realtor, who can guide you through the process.  .

Good Luck!
