Get 3 tenants at market rate rents as quickly as possible.  Make sure you screen them first and check their credit history.

Either that, or do a short sale as quickly as possible and rent something more reasonable.

Or find a sucker to mary you so that he can make the payments.  Perhaps a hard worker from overseas that is anxious to get citizenship?
