If one looks at one point in time, it is not unusual for neighboring houses to have Zestimate changes in opposite directions.  However, if one backs a step back and looks at the Zestimate trend for each house vs the trend for the area (further down on the home detail page), you will see both are tracking quite consistently with the area trend.
