intent of eviction

Our landlord said we were behind in rent. found some of the reciepts and sent them to the main office with letter asking for records of our payments, and statement of our desire to fix any descrepencies if any.  We were given new year long lease signed by landlord and request for us to sign, which we did. We have been sending payments to main office and they have accepted these for last three months. today my landlandy gave me intent to evict paper stating she intends to proceed with eviction proceedings after three days. Reason stated on her form letter.  Nonpayment of rent.  Shouls I send any more money tomorrow towards our account?
