You can keep tabs on any home on Zillow, by signing up for an alert about the home.
When on the property page, there is a menu of choices underneath the basic information about the home (Save, Share, Alerts, Edit, Map, Print) - select Alerts, and Price/Status changes.
This will notify you via email whenever Zillow sees a price or status change about that home.

I don't think that Zillow has that feature available yet, but a local agent would be able to do it through the MLS. I believe that an agent would be able to email price changes or new listings in a specific zip code or alerts for a specific house. Most agents would be happy to help you.

When we get a lead from any website, we will generally add them to our mls database. We will talk to the prospect if possible and find out their area of interest in general and specifically. We'll set up a saved search for them that will include any changes in a listing. All updates are automatically forwarded by email to our prospect. They know price changes as soon as we do.
