Zillow is not a real estate company, simply a place to advertise, so, nothing would be owed to Zillow.   However, if you work with a buyer's agent and advertise "will work with buyer's agent", you will owe a commission to the buyer's agent.

The only way an agent commission would be required in this instance would be if the buyer were working with an agent under a buyer agency contract at which time the buyer would be responsible for paying their agents commission unless an agreement was signed with the seller for them to pay the commission.
