Exton has some great neighborhoods - and it sort of straddles 2 school districts - Downingtown and West Chester.  It all depends on what you are looking for. 

I have lived in the area for over 14 years and do most of my business here.  My office is off rt 100 in Exton - close to Waterloo Gardens.  Feel free to reach out.  You may find some more information about local neighborhoods on my blog downingtown real estate/blogspot.
