is house in country would be willing to sell this house on contract and how much down ?

I need to know if they are willing to sell this house on contract because I'm looking for a house now because I have more than 4 dogs and I can't get my home rezoned to keep them so I need to have a country home. I don't have any money down to put on one but I do have a home that is paid for and I do have it up for sale a make me move price of $35,000 or we could swap houses even up as long as that house is ready to move in and all taxes are pd up.
