Oh, wanted to be clear about one thing - it is indeed free to syndicate, but if you do end up paying the advertising fee to manually upload them - the listings are featured.  This means they are sorted to the top of the search results and have a larger lead capture form on them.  So there is a difference between using the free and paid services.

All the answers given are true if you are a For Sale By Owner.  But in looking at your user name, there is the possiblity that you are a professional real estate company.  If that is the case, it is free for your listings to be syndicated to Zillow.  There are many companies that offer this service such as postlets, vflyer, point2 or listhub - just to name a few.

One way to get on Zillow for free is to list with an agent who will post your home on Zillow and other sites. If you are working with the right agent - the additional exposure may be worth it. And don't be afraid to ask for a discount on the agents listing fee as all agent fees are negotiable. Or you could list with a brokerage that has a reduced fee structure.

It's true, but you can still post a Make Me move on Zillow for free. There is more information on MMM here. Hope it helps.

Its true Savan but it is well worth it if you think about it. I do not put all my listings on zillow but i do always include the ones that are high priority for whatever reason.

Yes, you are correct.  Manually added listings cost $39.95 for 180 days for a featured listing
