Well, the link Vince gave would not give "raw data", but only "summary data". You can get the recently sold raw data from a search on the homes page (link at the top of this page), but not in Excel format, and it may take up to 20 pages for up to 500 results. It would take quite a bit of effort to change the formatting to be useful in Excel.
It was much easier with the "list" format search results, but that was discontinued mostly because only 2% of the people searching were using it, and most of them were not opening the home details pages most of the time.
There are several data collection companies that will sell you the raw data. But Zillow can't sell it as they pay data collection companies for access to the data, and one of their agreements with these data collection companies is they will not provide the raw data to others in bulk.
