To put things in perspective, you really need to take a look at what is the cause of the price drop. You will then understand how quick it will bounce back and you'll have a better idea of when to buy before the prices do bounce back.

Foreclosures saturated Casa Grande and are starting to increase again. In most of the popular areas of town, we're seeing a 30% increase compared to last year.

We expect the increase to continue after the election since that is what history proves every time an election comes around. Here are more major points to speculate increased housing prices:

* High foreclosure rates proves the high desirability Casa Grande is because when given a loan to anyone that wants to buy a home where they've always desired, brought many people to town.

* In 2005 Casa Grande made the top 3 cities of the nation to retire in according to Retirement Magazine. Casa Grande continues to hold it's "place to retire" status.

* Casa Grande Projects bringing more jobs to the area

* Location Location Location - At an elevation of about 1395 feet, Casa Grande is strategically located at the intersection of two major interstates, I-8 and I-10. It's just 45 minutes south of the Phoenix Airport and an hour north of Tucson. Casa Grande is a smaller community and housing is more affordable than the two bigger cities it sits between.
