A home is what you make of it. In the Swanwyk area there are many beautiful and well built and maintained homes. Just as in other areas, there are also homes that are poorly maintained. There are schools and shopping right down the street for convenience and the interstate system is right around the corner. My suggestion to you is to visit the area at different times of day to ensure that you are comfortable with the area. Your Realtor should be able to give you more particulars on the properties of interest to you. If you are not working with a Realtor, find one. This is one of the biggest decisions that you will make and you need to ensure that you get the best information to aid in your decision making process. Best of luck.................chris
