??? What value is the "making homes affordable" website to "is the bank going to take my home away"? If the OP is not making payments, then eventually the note holder is going to foreclose. There's not enough information to even guess if that is going to happen, much less if the OP could try to avoid a possible foreclosure through HARP/HAMP/whatever. And, that does not even begin to address the real-world results from HARP/HAMP/whatever.
