Good Afternoon,
Your best bet is to find a realtor that you feel comfortable working with and he/she can set up a search for you that will automatically set up a search for you that will send you information on homes in a specific zip code, and any other criteria you wish to apply. In working with a realtor you will get the information that much quicker, and with the search you will be able to save or delete home according to you your level of interest. Having that ability in using your search lets you monitor the homes in your Favorite list for price or status changes.

Scratch that last answer of mine ;) I found a way for you to do it (I think it works like this anyway). Just go to the Homes section and click homes for sale. Then enter the zip code in the search window. You will next see a big map and all the listings beneath the map.
Right under the map (and before the listings) there is a link which reads "email me". If you click that link, you can get emails for just that zip code and you can submit a bit of other criteria as well, such as bedrooms/baths desired.

Audra - PS if you want to get even more specific, such as weeding out short sales, etc. I will still be glad to create an autosearch of the MLS for you which is probably more accurate than Zillow.
