Hi,

12 months ago you asked about a rent to own option in West Orange, NJ. I am reaching out now because there is a good chance you are in a 12 month rental and now could be the time to make a move.

Contact me if you would enjoy working with a professional Realtor who cares about his clients.

Thanks

The property is not currently on the market. Lenders don't do "rent to own".

Rent to own properties are like finding a needle in a haystack.   They tend to be with an owner who fully owns their property, is in no hurry to get back their equity, and charges the person considering buying a premium.  In hot markets, they are even rarer.    It is a great way to lose a lot of money.

If you are not currently able to buy a house due to inability to get financing or lack of a down payment, identify the issues and put together an action plan to over come the issues.
