is there a way to get my listing on mls through zillow?

Selling a house for sale by owner.  Understand MLS listing service is done regionally.

Once you've put your home for sale on Zillow, you can then click a link to put it on owners.com which (for a fee) puts it on your local MLS as a flat fee listing.

For example, if I click on your profile I see the following (with link circled).

To list a home on the NWMLS you need to be a participating broker.  Please contact a local broker and they will help you list your home.  Good Luck!

No, Zillow is not an NWMLS member and therefore cannot feed to them.  As a result the listings on Zillow are sometimes out of date or incorrect because they are relying on unregulated input.

Go to one of the flat rate brokers if you want to try it on your own.  they will be NWMLS members.

You would need to contract with a real estate agent in your area who has access to their local MLS system to have your home on MLS. There are agents / brokers that can put your listing on MLS for a flat fee (rather than paying out a commission to a listing agent).
