That agent, Amanda, in O'Fallon Missouri was all about naca and their 1% mortgage loans.  Naca has a website at www.naca.com and you might be able to find approved agents or a number to call. From what I read (on google), there is a lot of controversy where naca may get a few high profile hard luck cases very very good loan rates (which they use for promotion and to get on television) but the vast majority of people are never helped and basically waste their time. Perhaps you get what you pay for.

I do not know anybody who has used NACA as their lender but I'm confident you can find a local agent/broker to assist you. Beware of agents who do not work in your area that offer to "help you" find an agent as they usually only offer to do so because they will get paid for making a referral without knowing enough to deserve it.

I'm not sure what naca is.  Let me know and maybe I can help you find an agent.
