No.Even if you were in contract with an agent, you don't have to accept any offer presented, and the list price is always negotiable. In fact being under contract doesn't mean that you can't fire your agent if your not happy with him or her at any time. So, no, you're not obligated to do anything. Its' your property.

There is no obligation to accept an offer at the asking price is there? I mean a zillow listing is not a legally binding contract is it?
