I am not the listing agent, but I looked up the information you requested. The home was listed on 1/11/08, went under contract on 2/04/08 and went to act of sale on 3/07/08. When a home is under contract, the contact has been accepted. You could possably submit a back up offer. If you choose that option, you must be very careful that the terms of the offer are clear that it is a back up and that you are not bound to the offer.
