I have to agree with Shannon. There's a glitch in the system. I had one of my Realtors check on this and he came to the same conclusion as Shannon. This is why it's important to work with a local Realtor.

Somehow there is a glitch in the system. I just took a quick look at the comps in that neighborhood and the $280,000 estimate is a lot closer to reality. Price always depends on the property condition, but the most expensive sale within a 1/2 mile radius of this house in the last 6 months was $300,000. Prices are going up, but not quite that much or that fast. :) Sorry for the bad news, and feel free to call me if you have any further questions or want more info.
