it wont let me edit my home details

everytime i log in then it shows i have claimed the home but it wont let me edit them.  it says i dont have permission.  i am the owner who listed it.  please help.

Is it possible  you listed your home using postlets?  (This would be the free way of listing on Zillow.)   You can figure this out by scrolling to the very bottom of the home details page and looking for the listing source.    If it say postlets, then you will need to log into your postlets account to do any editing.
