Hello,
The RealAVM is a CoreLogic derived value and should not be used in lieu of an appraisal. Depending on your home's (14702 Illinois Ct) specific condition and amenities, the current value range (RealAVM) is $540,105 - $673,615. I hope this helps. If you are not refinancing or selling, a home's value becomes somewhat irrelevant.

I would expect the zestimate algorithm to have a number of 'sensibility' checks built in that would identify obvious incorrect data that drives strange valuations. Most 'smart' systems have such basic logic checks programmed in that would highlight that no home can have 3 sq ft.
Having said that, when zillow recently published a national survey of home prices and got their plus and minus muddled for San Diego so they had a $19.4Bn error, I can hardly say I am surprized at such poor data integrity.

It appears someone has claimed the home and changed the square footage of the home to 3 (three) square feet. The drop in the Zestimate is exactly what is expected with such edits. (Do you have a neighbor who is annoyed with you?)
Now you can claim your home and edit the square footage back to what it should be. It does take about 8 weeks for the Zestimate to fully reflect edits.

Your homes value probably has not changed much or any, just Zillows innacurate estimate has.
It looks riducolous how the graph goes downhill like a ski jump between August and now. There is no logical explanantion other than zillow has once again screwed up. I hope you persue your complaint against them with vigour to get your zestimate corrected.

just wondering why my homes value dropped over 200k in two months?
